Overview of the project |
MinUrals is a European project,
supported by the European Commission (5th F.P.).
The main goal is to support the survival of the mining sector in the South Urals, under
conditions that are environmentally acceptable, following international standards.
BRGM is co-ordinator of this project, which involves a consortium of European and Russian scientists and provides the opportunity for scientific and technical exchanges.
